A small update with some resolution-related changes to UIs.

When I started this project, I was only working on a single 1080p monitor. Since then, I've bought and have been happily using a 4K screen and discovered that using Wayfinder in this resolution . . . isn't amazing. I haven't had a whole lot of time to develop this project due to work,  but I managed to push out a quick fix to help those looking for a more concise User Interface on larger screens. More specifically:

• By default, the program will no longer attempt to scale the UI with your window resolution, and instead try to use fixed UI element sizes. This should keep your larger monitors free of unnecessarily over-sized buttons and panels, and leave more room for maps.

• You can enable or disable this feature in the UI Themes section of your settings. Enabling the scaler will return you to v1.0 behavior, which I highly recommend for anyone using window sizes below 960x640 (whoever you are...)

• The Locations panel and the Editor panel now have some fancy sliding animations on them! 100% free of charge!
